With the assurance of UYGAR ELEVATOR AND ESCALATOR ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, our production process consists of the following stages.
In line with the demands from the customers, the selection of the elevator system suitable for the project is made by our engineers in the UYGAR ELEVATOR AND ESCALATOR project team. The preliminary project is done using the LiftDesigner (Digipara) program. The project is submitted for customer approval.
UYGAR ELEVATOR AND ESCALATOR, approved projects; Under the leadership of the engineers working in the project team, they complete the design phase with 3D (SolidEdge) program support, taking into account usability, security, aesthetics and cost factors.
The elevator projects whose design is completed are loaded into our production automation system and the necessary parts are produced in our bench park. Then the assembly phase is completed in accordance with the assembly instruction.
Our finished products are 100% controlled. In these controls, the elevators are operated in our factory site, all field dynamics and safety device tests are carried out and made ready for shipment with a green label.
One of the biggest advantages of UYGAR ELEVATOR AND ESCALATOR is that the products are shipped packaged. Our elevators, all tests of which have been completed, are loaded onto vehicles in such a way that they can only be put in place, removed and installed on the construction site..

Real environment tests are performed on prototypes of products or parts. Under real environmental conditions, the mechanical behavior of materials is tested for static and dynamic loads, and the production process of the approved products or parts is decided according to these test results.
